Sumair is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with a high level of expertise in Project Engineering and High Voltage Substation Design Engineering with a strong track record on leading & Managing High Voltage Substation Projects.

He has over 12 years’ experience in the transmission and distribution industry, from both Utility and Engineer, Procure and Construction (EPC) perspectives. Sumair’s experience includes substation primary design, high & medium voltage switchgear, system integration, construction monitoring, and EPC project management. Having worked in a variety of roles including Senior Design Engineer, Project Engineer & Site Manager and holding a project management professional (PMP) certification, he can offer engineering & project management skills leading complex projects from conception, engineering, commissioning and energization. He has successfully delivered Turitea North Wind Farm electrical balance of plant in New Zealand and was involved in detailed design for Turitea South Wind Farm electrical balance of plant.
